Quick, professional service. We scheduled an appointment on a Thursday evening and Ross came out the next morning. He quickly and carefully diagnosed the issue we were having with our dishwasher and ordered the needed parts. When they arrived Monday, we got a call that he could come out asap and it was fixed within an hour. Excellent experience, reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Had problems with our Bosch dishwasher and so thankful that I was able to find them! Had 1 quick visit to diagnose the problem, figure out that we needed a replacement filter. Offered to pay for the first visit but Ross said that he wouldn't accept money until we were both satisfied :) Nice to get such great customer service and are planning on calling them again whenever we need help again.

The absolute best experience I've ever had dealing with a repair service company. Ross was great to speak with and after one phone call, I knew for certain that I would be satisfied with the whole experience and how things would go. I called fixpro repair to assist with repairing our faulty dishwasher. diagnosis was made and Ross returned the same day to replace the faulty circulation pump. He was also extremely helpful with all our questions. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service so would recommend in the future. If you need a repair service company, do yourself a favor and consult with these guys before you go anywhere else!
