Ross is an excellent technician. After our refrigerator stopped cooling we thought we might have to replace it, but Ross quickly diagnosed the problem and made the repair for a very reasonable price (much, much lower than the cost of replacing our fridge). He even had the part we needed for the repair with him so we didn't need to schedule a follow-up appointment.
