Selected washer customer reviews — Original five-star reviews
Although my washer is not worth fixing anymore ..... the honesty and professionalism showed is greatly appreciated. I would certainly use their service in the future. Thank you very much for coming out
Price quoted up front and called when en-route. Came out next working day after booking. Issue with washing machine fixed in less than 30mins and gave tips/recommendations on products to use. Friendly service.
Ross! He called right away after I left a message. I sent him a video of what was happening with my washer so he could make an assessment. He came the next day, ran some tests and gave me the bad news that the motor was broken. He apologized multiple times for being the bearer of bad news. He also recommended washers to purchase which made life easy for me. He's honest, reliable, friendly and trustworthy.
I have used FixPro WA twice now and am very happy with our resolved issues. Ross is honest and fast and does not try to make things up just to get more money out of you. He's fixed by my washer and dryer and they both work better then ever. Ross was also able to get both appliances fixed the same day I called for help. Give him a call if you have appliances that need fixing. You won't regret it!
Put in for a quote to replace a baffle on a washing machine and even though the machine is a pain to work on they stuck to their quote and fixed the machine asap for my tenants. I'm actually reaching out to get something else fixed which reminded me that I forgot to leave a review, not sure you can have a better review than repeat customer.
My washer machine broke. They have great service, honest and fair prices. I would use this company again.
Very responsive and punctual; scheduled a technician to inspect our washer within 24 hours of my call. Day of, Ross was on time and extremely professional, and able to inexpensively fix the problem on site. A great experience overall and I'd definitely use them again without hesitation.
