One day my oven would not light. As I am very nervous dealing with electricity or gas I checked Google Map for a repair company and found FixPro Appliance Repair. I'm so glad I did! I chose them based on the great reviews and they certainly lived up to them. They were able to send someone over right away. Ross needed a new part to complete the repair so rescheduled to come back the following day. He was very prompt and professional! The job was completed and my stove working again. Highly recommend them

This is my second repair by them and just like the first time service was excellent. This time I called to the gas stove in my tenants apartment repaired. I followed the instructions and hung up to receive the link for the FixPro Appliance Repair and filled it out on my phone. I received a call back from Ross who was actually on his way home for the day but offered to stop by right away as he was just down the street. I explained what the gas company diagnosed and described the symptoms and Ross advised me that the gas company usually misdiagnoses the issue I described. He told me what the issue most likely was and the cost to repair it. Ross came over, checked out the stove and repaired it right on the spot...he saved me hundreds of dollars over replacing the stove as the gas company suggested. Thanks again for saving the day and making my tenant feel safe again!

I am beyond impressed with the stove repair service I received. My stove suddenly stopped working, and I was worried it might need to be replaced. I am incredibly impressed with FixPro! I submitted a request for service and a few hours later got a call for scheduling to fix my stove. They offered to come the next day, but unfortunately I had a conflicting appointment. They then offered to come to my house in 20 minutes! Ross was the one who came by and he discovered the problem in about 10 minutes. He had the required parts in his car and was able to perform the repair in less than an hour. And on top of all of that, the price was very reasonable. I am so thankful for the kind and prompt service from this company! I will definitely use them again for an appliance concerns in the future.

Ross was quick to respond to my request for repairs of a Kitchen Aid Cooktop. He arrived early, masked (although I didn't ask for this he took the extra measures) and ready to troubleshoot. In a brief amount of time the issue was identified and repairs started. He was thorough, set up a safe work environment and considered my personal items in the work area.
